Fayose Was Not Assaulted By Any Police Officer – NPF PRO
The Nigeria Police Force has denied the circulating report in the media that the incumbent governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose was assaulted by one of its officers.
As gathered by NIGERIA NEWS, the security agency denied the allegation made by Fayose that he was slapped and manhandled by the police officer in an interview held with its Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood on Channels Television today.

Recalled that various reports was circulated both on in the media that the police when trying to dispersed members of People’s Democratic Party in Ekiti during an unlawful rally carried out towards tomorrow’s gubernatorial election in the state, had teargassed, slapped and beaten up governor Fayose.
